georgia standards

I think i've met these standards while completing unit three.

1.While reading the edgar allen poe poem, some things stood out to me, such as the idea of death and how the raven in this poem represents it,which would be an example of identifying literary device of imagery.

2. I think i've met standard two by completing my assignments about the dark romanticism movement. i managed to identify their theme which was about how people can be evil. as we saw in the raven, the movement was completely anti-trascendentalist.

3.In Rip Van Winkle, the author believed in helping people. it was written during a time of poverty. it was during the time of puritan thought.
